Built around the end of 1990's at Jl A. Yani, an important access to the city, this 21-story building hosts various companies, including Indonesia's leading newspaper Jawa Pos, Nyata, Koki, Coca Cola Amatil, Schneider, BNI, BRI, and other well-known companies. Now it's not only the working space for thousands of people, but also a mini entertainment center. It has Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Kabinet, Movers Cafe, and DBL Store.

Good building Banyak pilihan makanan plus musolla dalam gedung, - lift kasar, slow maintenance sempet terjebak dlm lift lebih Dr sekali, parkir motor sering penuh plus petugas penataan parkir motor kasar harus ekstra hati" baret untuk motor baru klo parkir disini.

I like the concept of a sport-hall connected to an office building. Neat and healthy. They have very good basketball training facility for young people and children.
