  What kind of public service is this, the phone number listed cannot be contacted at all. The pay due turn must be right but the service is not professional. Since then until now there has been no progress at all

  The officer assigned to the new electricity connection is really very unprofessional. Deliberately buying time and giving up promises. I as a customer is very disadvantaged by this attitude. Please ask the authorities in regulating customer service officers to immediately evaluate the level of customer satisfaction so that it can further increase satisfaction customers. if necessary, give strict sanctions to officers in the field who ignore customers. thank you
