Mall bagus dengan berbagai fasilitas lengkap.mulai dari store2 berbagai barang,restoran2,karaoke,dll.dengan tempat parkir yang luas.dekat dengan berbagai hotel,salah satunya hotel novotel yang letaknya persis di sebelah PTC.namun jalanan di sekitar PTC sering terjadi kemacetan.
