Taste wise, there's not much change as far as I can recall. But the atmosphere . . . First very-strongly-noticeable is the smell of the table, and then all the stains on the sofa. Very vile. It used to be one of my favorite steakhouse, but now . . . simply not anymore. If you're the one responsible for this place, please do something about it.

I call all Muslims in Indonesia to boycott this restaurant.
The owner must respect the majority taste and choice in life !
The majority in this country are Muslims and this restaurant serves PORK in all branches !
Why majority in Indonesia accepted to be treated as if they are minority !!!
I am a big fan of outback in everywhere except in Jakarta because they insist to server PORK.
It is unfair policy and a kind of discrimination against Muslims !!!
Thus, I call the owner to make the restaurant completely HALAL ( free from pork)
I am thinking seriously to raise this point to the headquarter of outback in order to consider it deeply.response / report this review -

It's an ok place but there are a couple of misses. Kitchen tends to under cook their proteins and this has happened on numerous occasions. Restaurant has a rather funky smell that can be a turn off.

Lovely steak diner, came here twice for family lunch. The meat was so tender and easy to chew, their pie was exceptionally good, and the onion ring came with a family portion(don't try to order this if you came in 2 persons). They always served bread and butter before the main course coming.

Good steak and food but the whole place stinks!!! U guys need to change ur cleaning wiper. U need to dry them before using it to clean tables etc. the whole place smells like dirty socks!

This is real real amazing food ever. Taste is excellent and they use high quality meat. Bar counter is one of my favourite place to enjoy during the day.

Great place to spend your money and time to enjoy ribs and steak. The baby back ribs are phenomenal. The price of one food at the range of Rp 80.000-330.000 (I'm not kidding). You can bring your kids when week end so they can get free meals.

still amazingly popular on the weekend, even after all this years. considerably on the pricy side in comparison to other baby-back serving restaruant, but it is taste. Their strip steak, onion bloom, baby back all tastes good. Good atmosphere, good service.
