Best printing shop in the city and they open until midnight! The staff were exceptionally good and I am satisfied with the quality of their product.

Went here several times to make planners. The service was quite fast yet there were some mistakes in the bindings. Seems that their final checking was not really effective. Some of the work was not tidy either. Those things are things to be improved.

UPDATE AUGUST 2019:
OK I AM really upset with this printing service.
I’m in a rush and have to print here (ONCE AGAIN FOR LAST TIME)
the one OPERATOR was lazy and unhelpful AT ALL.
I’m not a stupid and I always have my file ready to print. I know that time printed the same file extension .ai and the operator was just fine, THEN this operator with eastern accent was so lazy only want to print .jpeg files. it frustate me he even told me to edit my own using computer over there. HOW RUDE.
New Outlet, same old servcie
Was here for some time, located strategically in gejayan street, have car parkinh space. free parking. the order process was clear, they have waiting number too. but the service is so so. they put some “must smile” sign for their staff buy no one here is smiling.
the proofing process is quite fast but they it doesn’t clear wether you need to pay or not, also the designer operator seems to take everything easily as i try to remind some detail.
poor service. Also they don’t tell you how long you gonna wait even just for a proofing design, long wait time seriously for a quiet day!
They don’t provide electricity too for waiting lounge.
I’m just gonna print here in case of emergency because they open till late too.
the quality of their cut & print is just average.

I know i was just order small roll banner, but they said my down payment money is too low and they refuse to proceed my order! I was asking for help at them, I will pay the banner! okay fine no more print in here. My wallet was left and my down payment is about 50% from the total. The rating objective based on my experience
1. Bad service
2. Long waiting time
3. Results do not match expectations
Ps.
I already has a file that ready to print on my fd. But their pc doesn't have a new adobe so they can't read my file. After that I need to convert to older version. Even though already convert to older version their pc doesn't have enough spec to open the file.
And the owner don't want have advice 😌response / report this review -

High pricing only to scan A3 document. I don't know what kind of scanning machine they use LOL. I can get 1/4 of the price in another printshop so I cancel that even though have to go further
