1stly ORHIBA is a kind of excercise for new life, just spin your arms with full concentration, all your body will be sweaty then !
It is good for your health.
All deseases are able to be recoverd by this excercise.
The Wisma ORHIBA is placed at Ubud suburb part of Gianyar, the place is shady , cool and there are many kinds of trees sorounded.
We can breath with very fresh air up there.
