Really like the atmosphere at this outlet. Staff are friendly and my technician/therapist Irene always treats me like we’re old friends.

The treatments are also fairly priced and effective.

My experience at Holland Village outlet has been good. Irene is very friendly and I enjoyed my session today.

However, when Irene was confirming my package , I realised something wasn’t right. Previously , Michelle sold me the facial package and she told me she will give me 2 free session. One free session is the standardised but she told me she will give me another free as Dbs has charged. But now she has left the Holland v outlet , and wasnt stated on the paper. I remember she said she will not write it down but she will do it for me. But now she has left so I wonder will I still be given one more free session. Thank you

I would like to compliment on Crystal Lim from Capitol Piazza for her excellent services. She's a very detailed and gentle therapist and makes sure the atmosphere is comfortable for first timers! She's friendly and doesn't try to hardsell you, unlike her counterparts. I've followed her since before she came to the Capitol branch. I hope she stays as I really like her services lol. Thanks for the great effort!

I am from a FMCG MNC corporate and most of my colleagues visited and done some treatments from ONLY group, either Holland Village branch or Raffles Branch or Katong.

In all the branches the service do maintain a high class and the therapists are all very well trained and well dressed, which reflect the professional commitment of the company. The treatments are very effective and the result is visible in few sessions.. so my colleagues are really happy and overwhelmed.

We are going to refer more people to ONLY Group and we wish to see that ONLY Group unfold many more new technology for us and we enjoy many more services..
