I walk to Ola for 1km only to hear from the recepsionist that they are fullbooked. I wanted to go back to the Hotel but I decided to order Gojek rather than walk so I sit in front of the receptionist. I sit, they sit. So we cannot see each other. While waiting for the Gojek, I heard the two receptionist talking to each other.
"Actually we can just accept that just left lady by asking her does she mind waiting until 6pm ( it was 5.30pm)"
They keep discussing that they actually can accept me by arranging the massager.
I heard them talking and not saying anything. Just wanted to know the truth.
When the Gojek came I stood and looked into those two shocked receptionist without saying anything but decide to never come back to this place.

Regret n feel cheated after reading good review, we decided to try. Booked 2hrs aromatherapy massage with my hubby in couple room. The whole session you can only feel pinching yr skin n pouring free oil on yr body. Whattt!!That's how we felt the whole session!! Massage was v weak n inconsistent. They also whispered n giggling to each other whole time!! We felt so uncomfortable n can hear other ppl coming in n out our room without any privacy!!! What the heck we are half naked n lying face down leh!! Thought of leaving after they left to wash hand n only be back 10mins later without feeling guilty!! But my hubby said they will only be happy if we leave earlier! It supposed to releases my aching body after a day walking n shopping. But it turn to be stressful for both of us..We will not recommend any 1 going there as I believed nearby there should have better massage parlour.

Cozy place and friendly staff.. The price are also affordable. Try their shiatsu massage.. For 178k really help me to stretch up my back

The massage is very good but seems I made a wrong decision to choose harder massage than usual. Nice receptionists, the service is actual good. The place had this cozy ambience yet private enough for you to take a rest.

Book body massage for 5 persons on 23/10/17 @ 3pm for 2hrs
The massage service - substandard & disappointed - coming all the way & recieved such poor service.
1. Wash leg - 2 didnt got the leg washed
2. Tea - only 1 recieved pre massage tea
3. Time - I went in 15mins later than the other 4 but finished the same time as the 1st one to have the massage done
4. The massage therapy that I had - do not know her massage technique well - one leg got stretching but the other leg nothing, same as the hand,
Massage on the back was really poor. Am surprise for Ola to have such a standardresponse / report this review -

Great therapists that go beyond to make u feel comfortable. They prepped my shower for me after my oil massage which was kind. Price is so affordable compared to Kuala Lumpur so better just get the package massages cause they are worth it.

I will always visited this Ola Spa every time i go to Bandung. One of the best place to get massage, especially after a really long and tiring trip. Better to make an appointment first or else you cannot get the spot!

Affordable and masseur skills were good. Body scrub was abit too spicy feel as ginger paste was applied to the body. General massage was quite painful for me.

This place was a 5-minute walk from my hotel. Although the exterior looks nondescript, interior was clean and masseur was professional, always checking in with the customer. Prices are very wallet-friendly. 90 minutes of aromatherapy massage was about IDR158,000.
