Not top choice of shopping centres but there are alot of good food around.
Nice department store and a good place to settle yourself after walking around Chinatown, with solid air conditioning and your usual department store items inside.
Apparels for young & fashionable old. Great food stalls with traditional meals next door to recharge.
A departmental store I usually frequent for children items, winter wear, household and bedding, and sometimes snacks.
The kid's corner usually have discounted toys, some at a bargain.
Member's day @ Orchard, usually offers items at a great marked down discount across the diff categories and these days always see a huge crowd from the time the store opens.
Conveniently located nearby (right across) are shops for massages, currency exchange, food stalls
Awesome place sells everything under the sun:) The people park hawker centre have some of the most awesome food.
It is okay. Can find a lot of things. Sometimes have good buy. Some exceptional Overall is Satisfied.
Good place to shop for man or woman attires in cool comfortable environment.
You can get a good bargain on sales promotion.
Plenty of yummy food shops close to OG.
Never shop on empty stomach.
Patrons are mostly elderly Chinese. Good variety of products. Shoes, clothes, sportswear, casual wear...like all departmental stores. Service is very good.
Very busy Hawker Food central in Chinatown. Good Value for money and great food.
5 stories departmental store. You can find clothing, acessories, footware, toy, kitchenware, health supplement etc. Great shopping experience.
Being quite a regular on weekend Saturdays
For me my only large XXXXL sizes are the only places OG offers me quite. a large array in 3mths of Sept and early October to get The 0G discount cards.
2. Sells alot of cheaper open atrium area inside there offering new tourist and local delights and food and shop attractions
Top floor offers comprehensive collection of cooking wares. Found Tefal pan lid for my Tefal cooking pan bought elsewhere.
There is an entrance right outside Chinatown purple line C exit which is really convenient.
It's a total China Town experience. The shopping arena is not unique. You get the same products in India and some are duplicate products ex Hershey's chocolate bars. So you will have to watch out for fake products before finalizing.
Rude and sarcastic promotor at the ambatik counter.. a disgrace to OG departmental store.
A well mixed of the old & young wears with household items, fashion & assessories refresh food corner can be found here. A one stop shopping for the family.
Convenient to town alot food eatery n small shops alot china meetup during weekends n alot tourist...busy street
Full of zest. Very popular among shoppers from locals and toirists
Great place to shop for kid's stuff at OG Chinatown. Affordable price & certain times there are discounts.
Sporting and casual shoes and clothings, affordable ladies' wear and if I remember correctly, OG stand for Ocean Garments and the name OG is rather famous in the Chinatown area with branches at Orchard and Albert Complex,I think. And just beside it,one can have good & affordable food and drinks, desserts at the food centre. There is currently a Nite market going now.And it is The Great Singapore Sale where lots of discounts are available. Happy Eating,Drinking &Shoppping.
A lot of older style clothes, bags, shoes, luggage... not that cheap either. But Chinatown has many other interesting things to see and do.
Wide variety of clothing, ladies fashion apparel, shoes, cosmetics, travel and household items. Cheaper than those in Orchard Road area. Shoppers are mostly locals, but tourists will find it a worthwhile place to visit.
Near to mrt. Easily accessible and not so crowded on weekday.
Good respite among the crowded street walks. relatively large departmental store
OG department store in People's Park. Store is spacious and span multi-storey. Product's easy to navigate based on division per storey, although not as complete as it should.
This deparment store brand able to withstand competition as there is still large customer base after so long time
People's Park is possibly Singapore's first shopping centre. It offers many oriental goods.
Compact shopping mall with a few levels of comfortable walking space right smack in Chinatown. Good for families with kids who needs a break from the sweltering heat..
Surprisingly, still surviving as compared to JL and the rest of departmental stores which had since closed down. A store all grandma and aunties love to shop
Conveniently located near mrt, bus stops and food centres. Heart of Chinatown. Better deals than most department stores in Singapore.
Great variety of items. They seem to have sales almost every day of the year. Members get better discounts on certain items so do look put for their newsletters if you are a member.
