  I booked it from airy apps and get lot of discount, and I also get upgraded room to family room which is nice and big, clean and good service.

  Sangat tidak puas dengan pelayanan di nice guest house ini . Saya pesan dari redddorz (pegipegi). Pertama saya datangdisambut dengan pelayanan yg kurang profesional . Kedua mereka bilang kalau ingin tambah handuk kena charge 20/25rb (sedangkan dari pihak reddorznya sudah konfirmasi ke sya kalau mereka menyediaman fasilitas handuk air mineral dan peralatan mandi) dan setelah saya cekout sya konfirmasi ke receptionist nice guest house saya bilang kalau handuk ternyata dapat dari pihak reddorz mereka bilang "iya dapat tapi yg kecil bukan handuk mandi" tapi ini handuk kecil saja saya tidak dapat , dan mereka seenaknya bilang "kenapa gak minta" loh halloooo itu sudah seharusnya pelayanan dari mereka tanpa diminta. Gak mau terlalu emosi lagi disitu . Dan satu lagi masalah charge tambah orang . Di awal mereka hanya bilang kalau tambah orang (sya bawa 1org lagi jadi bertiga) dikenakan charge 100rb tanpa menjelaskan lagi embel2nya . Setelah sya cekout mereka sudah menyerahkan kuitansi sya harus bayar 200rb jadi permalan tambahan orang 100rb sya komplain kenapa gak bilang di awal mereka hanya lihat lihatan sambil diem gak jelas . Udah tambah emosi saya karna pelayanannya sangat sangat tidak bagus sya pergi dan mereka TIDAK MEMINTA MAAF SAMA SEKALI!

  The surrounding is nice n cozy.
  The hotel staffs r friendly n helpful.
  A good place to stay if u r with family at Bandung.
  Very quiet n the atmosphere here is cozy especially at night.
  Will be here again in my next trip
