Overall service is above average at reasonable time with 5 liftjacks, although the queu would take a lot of time usually especially if you come after lunch time as the staff taking rolling lunchbreak.
Good program offering of free 1 carwash for every 10 visit & free carwash on the customer birthday.response / report this review -

Fairly good enough for car-washing
To admit the fact - there is no perfect place where we could always get as what we expected.
In some occassion - result is very good, the next time it may not.
But, to compare with other car-washing area. This is generally better. Result-wise, facilities, & and area is quite convinient and not difficult to access.
Try to wash your own car - and feel the difficulties, but you may still find parts/area of your car which you missed-out and still dirty.
I am not a fan of "New Kartika" or I'm not an acquintance to anyone in there - but just trying to be fair as a common consumer.response / report this review -

Not recommended. Hasil cuci mobil kurang bersih, tukang cuci mobil minta tips kalau mesin dalam mobil mau di bersihkan (padahal sdh termasuk di harga cuci). Dulu sempat bagus kualitas tapi sekarang menurun jauh.

Setelah beberapa bulan saya selalu kecewa setiap cuci mobil disini
Sepertinya hari ini terakhir saya cuci mobil disini..
1. semakin tidak bersih. Kaca tdk di lap bersih dan vacum karpet tdk bersih, dashboard masih berdebu.
2. Pegawai bertanya apa mesin mau dibersihkan? Dan seperti biasa setelahnya mreka akan minta tips krn sudah membersihkan mesin.. (yg saya tau membersihkan mesin itu sudah satu paket dengan cuci mobil).
3. Saya biasanya sengaja taro uang di mobil hanya utk tau aman ato nggak cuci mobil disini dan hari ini uang yg saya simpan ilang tdk bersisa.
Utk pemilik sebaiknya mulai diseleksi kembali atau didisiplinkan pegawainya..krn sudah seperti gerombolan preman di tempat cuci mobil..dan sepertinya ada yg menggerakan diantara mreka.

Hasil cuci mobil kurang bersih, tukang cuci mobil minta tips kalau mesin dalam mobil di bersihkan, katanya gaji kurang. Tips buat Kartika Wash, pasang CCTV yang banyak untuk pantau pegawai.

3 kali mencuci disini 3 kali tidak di vacuum dan tidak di lap bagian dalamnya. Terakhir paling parah konci mobil di kantongin sama karyawan yang cuci mobil dan di bawa pergi!!!
