This place is falling apart. It has a very nice view of the sea and the volcanoes, but that's about it. We were a group of four and all suffered from the bad condition of the place.
Water couldn't be turned off and dropped all night. No remote for the AC so also on all night. The doors don't close properly so lots of bugs and noise.
Impossible to find anyone to get a drink or food and there are parties or events right in front of the rooms with very loud music until late at night.
Electricity plugs did not work either. It's a shame as it was probably a nice place when it opened but has not seen any maintenance in years.
For the same price or less you can stay at the Palm Indah or Hotel Olympic, both considerably better and more comfortable.response / report this review -
