This place is located near Yos Sudarso Port of Ambon.. I like the cozy athmosphere and the modern design of this place.. But, for food I am not into it despite it snacks,drinks and dessert.. For the service, I would like to say that they need to improve their hospitality..

Service staff at the counter are friendly, it's table service here and a menu arrives quick with a great range on offer. Unfortunately the male staff member that bought my coffee over was quite rude. The coffee is from a packet and just passable as they don't have a coffee machine. This doesn't seem to worry anyone though. The place is packed, they have a good range of seating and the food and cold drinks coming out to customers look great. There is a television music and WiFi of which they give the password if you ask. All up if you are not a coffee connoisseur and want somewhere to people watch, eat and surf the net then you can't go too wrong here. I removed a star for staff rudeness, its called the hospitality industry for a reason.
