Be very prepared to get back your refund by more than 3 weeks (YES! 3 weeks). I accindentally deposited the funds to this bank account, the account i used to transfer a daily rental fee, and they told me it was a wrong account and would take 14 working days at max to get it back. Then 14 days came and still no refund, i asked the customer service and again they gave clueless answer.
I will NEVER rent a car from this complicated rental company ever again.response / report this review -
