The dive was not too bad but the staff is not professional, we asked for a bigger size suit and the guy was laughing ..

first they forgot to bring my wetsuit 2nd one of my fin was in different size. I dont know why they make that mistake, maybe in a hurry or something but the trip was terrible

It was fantastic experience in Bali Pemuteran for diving. This shop is properly certified one by Padi and the guides and instructors are very friendly. The perfect guy who is Badung had guided in below the seasurface as follow as Padi's instruction manual, ie. The buoy sausage when acending, more minutes at the safety stop and so on. It makes us very safe feeling and be cared by him.
For the price range it is very normal market price.
I cannot gurantee this is the best shop in this area but I can say we were happy with them. See you all guys! B.rgds, Yunresponse / report this review -

We booked them for a private chartered snorkel trip for the day to Menjangen Island . Instead of having to drive to the harbor and get the boat, they picked us up at the beach next to our villa at the Taman Sari. They took us to some great places, and went where we wanted to go. They were great. Very accommodating, The boat has twin engines and got us there in 25 minutes! Fabulous trip, I highly recommend Nemo. Tell them Lou and Carol from San Francisco sent you for the Bali Family Discount! Enjoy!

由於身體不適提前一天取消潛水行程，但店家硬要收取20%做為手續費，實在非常不合理，附近潛店很多，不建議選這家。

The shop located on the main street, very easy to find. Staff were friendly, and the price was quite reasonable. We only played snorkel as none of us had experience on diving nor enough time to learn.
The instructor was very professional and happy to assist during the whole trip.
Really enjoy the view underwater in Menjangan.

We went diving on the coast of permuteran (Napoleon Reef and Biorock). We had a very nice time with the staff and wonderful dive trips. We compared several prices and they offered us a fair price and a perfect service. For all of you who are looking for a good a address.
