Wanted to buy stingersuit, even though they didn't sell themselves they were very helpful by pointing me to the appropriate shop and even giving me a certificate for a 10% discount. I can imagine they take great care for their own customers if they were very helpful to people who are not their customers.

My husband and I stopped by Nautilus and talked with the owner, Werner, about possibly joining a diving group to a dive site so we could snorkel. He was very informative and helped us determine which area would be most appropriate and comfortable for shorkelers of our limited experience. We ended up joining Tony, the very experienced in-house dive instructor, and an Australian father and son, to two dive sites, the most noteable being the wreckage of the USAT Liberty. Frankly the company of all three was as enjoyable as the snorkeling! And the snorkeling was incredible! I had a slight panic attack at the first site, and Tony was not at all judgemental and encouraged me to try again if I was comfortable doing soso glad I did! All in all my husband and I had a great time and we are both very appreciative to Nautilus, Werner, and Tony for the experience. (Next time we'll be brave enough to attempt diving!)

My family and I had our best diving experience in Indonesia through Nautilus. Leading up to our trip, Werner was communicative, flexible, and extremely accommodating. The trip itself was very well organized, and the divemasters were both top notch. I highly recommend diving Bali with Nautilus!

Hi Guys, I did the PADI open water course at Nautilus Diving. It was well organized, and we went to a great Dive spot. During the course I learned a lot. Mr. Werner is a really nice and helpful person.

Very first day we ( Me and my wife ) met the owner ,Mr. Werner - a very Disciplined German .
He told us the basics of scuba , the knows and how's , what to do and what not to do , he helped to let go our apprehension and at the same time told.us to take a thoughtful decision .Very professional and witty at the same time . Having gathered everything we decided to go.ahead .
On the diving day we met Sandro and Fabrizio and went to the diving center .
We started with the pool session , initially we both were super apprehended and super scared , till a point when we were going to cancel the dive .
But step wise and systematically our Dive master thought us and at the end of training we were just super excited to hit the ocean .
Many many thanks to Mr.Werner , The Pirate Bandung ( Sandro ) and The White Preacher ( Fabrizio ) you many gave us a life time memory .response / report this review -

Great sense for hospitality. Werner helped us to find fins for children on the island and gave us a voucher. Extremely responsive if you need advice/help concerning dive equipment. We did not dive tough, therefore i can't rate this kind of a service.

After calling and asking, if it was possible to cancel my Diving Session, the owner said yes and that i should come by the day afterwards and get back my money. The next day he decided to only give me back 50% of the money i paid. So be careful when paying upfront.

Much value for the dollar. Whether you consider a dive course or just a fun dive this is the place to go. Owned by a German and our instructor was from England. Excellent service

Great insights to Balinese Culture from the german owner and the local staff. They know their way around and are very helpful not only about the diving, but also the rest of the Bali holidays.
