We had the pleasure to eat at Naughty Nuri's Warung in Ubud. Its a short drive (approximately 5 minutes) west from the center. This Warung is famous for its Spare Ribs. They are really good and we love them. We can also recommend the chicken burger. But "only" four stars as there was too much garlic on the vegetables and also in the mashed potatoes 🙃

Best ribs in the whole of Bali. Great atmosphere. Excellent pricing. Very close to the hub of ubud. Large variety to offer on the menu.
However food arrives as it's ready not all at the same time.

A trip to Ubud just wouldn't be complete without a visit to the original Naughty Nuri's Warung 🙌 These are some of the best ribs we have ever eaten 🤤and the rustic dingy road-side arrangement is just the perfect setting for this grass-roots hang-out created by honest people. Simply the best pork rips on Bali. This restaurant was recommended to us by almost everybody knew we would go to Ubud. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and fast service. The rips are amazing. They serve a mean Vodka Martini. Dont drink more than two. They are super strong. We loved it so much that we came back twice. Leaving Ubud without that great tast was not possible.

The best pork i have ever eaten in my life. Not a restaurant in whole Dubai can be compared to this. Of course you wont find the fancy plates or super clean toilet. The main purpose for your visit is to eat.

We were recommended Naughty Nuri’s by an Indonesian colleague and my goodness the ribs were delicious! My partner said it’s the best ribs he’s had, and he’s had his fair share ;)

Wow!! The original place. What can i say? The best pork ribs I've ever had!!!! Their special sauce, OMG!! Simply amazing!!! I almost finished the bottle they provided. Their Mexican food choices were amazing too. And their own salad with homemade dressing was perfect. Must visit when at Ubud!

Forgive me, I don't think this is good. I like BBQ b this one not the good one.
The meat is already boiled not raw. Customer ordered, just deep the meat into sauce, the sauce is good taste.
So what you eat is boiled meat with sauce, put it on fire heated.
The meat no taste.
BTW, some restaurant will charge you tax extra. And tax rate is different, a bit disgusted.

Nuri's has been a really famous restaurant among everyone , and I got a chance to taste it!
I had my dinner there with my friends, and boom- i understand why people loves it so much.
It really satisfy my appetite 💟

But, i have a little discomfort here
All of us paid the same amount for the same pork ribs, but the size are quite different. Even tho mine is the bigger one, but my friends got a quite small one comparing mine.
I think that maybe they should do something about the differences on the size because we paid the same amount tho :)

And also, when we had dinner, its raining and i think the rooftop are leaked because our table have a lot of raindrops and its a little bit uncomfortable.

But overall, we love it! Keep up the goodwork!

I went to this place several times and the BBQ taste great. BBQ is their specialty, so don't other something else. Cocktails were good when combined with the food. They only have outdoor seating and no AC, so be ready to get sweaty and smell like BBQ.

Great grilled food, the atmosphere could have been better, but the biggest downside is the prices on their rather small menu. It's not super expensive, but for a warung style place you can get a lot cheaper.

Excellent choice for bbq if you're in Seminyak, or Ubud! Both are in central locations and very easy to get to. The entire staff is very friendly and you can actually watch your food being made. The pork ribs are a must try while you are here. The drinks are mixed very well and most of all cheap!

Went here on a friends recommendation and it didn't disappoint! Ribs are great and worth the visit!

Spare ribs and bratwurst were as nice as far I remember but their beef steak consisted of 50% fat, their mashed potatoes had many huge chunks of garlic, garlic bread was covered with MANY big pieces of chopped garlic. Prices were marked up like crazy. IDR 600K for two people who didn't even drink beers, we just drank water and coke!

Super in love the pork ribs, went there several times and the pork ribs never disappoint me at once. The best way to enjoy? enjoy it like local, use your hand to eat the ribs. Don't mind about the dirty hand, you can wash it up later.

Tried the spare ribs and I love it. You will get a big portion, enough for 2 persons sharing. My suggestion is the mashed potato should be more creamy and it would be perfect.

Their ribs are marinated for a short while only before grilling. Our ribs were over-grilled that it won't fall off the bone & it's hard and chewy. Since it was marinated only for a short while, the meat didn't have much taste.

We also had the vegetable soup, very generous portion of vegetable but the soup was just chicken stock soup.

I wouldn't go back to Naughty Nuris for the ribs though Also, the place is only filled with tourists and more tourists.

It lives up to its reputation as one of the best eateries in Ubud. If you fancy pork that is.It's not fancy elegant but it's lively and often crowded. It's good but not like wow it's 9 out of 10. More like a 7 or maximum 8 only. Not cheap in Ubud standard and portion isn't big. Good thing though one portion of ribs is good for 2 persons. It's opposite Neka museum which is quite out of the way.

i think before more tasty, now the sauces just different. Overprice! I had dinner 2 person. I ordered 2 Pork ribs each 120.000. 2 mashed potatoes each 35.000. 1 large bir 45.000. mineral water. Plus tax service 15%. Total 417.000. by this money i can get better in another place.

Simple but delicious food selections. Love the ribs and the pork menus. The place doesn't look have many changes so it's still the same one. There is the new naughty nuri about 20 meters from the old one.

This is my fourth time to visit this place and first time to try their famous ribs. Before, they always run out their ribs, so i have never tried their food.
Today, i have got 1 last portion.

The experience of waiting and struggling to get a seat, where there are no clear directions on how to queue When u see a table is likely to finish.. Just wait before them Or someone else will. The achievement will be rewarded with one of the best tasting pork ribs in Bali If they are not out of stock :)

Good service, it's quite fast even though it's so crowded there. I ordered pork ribs, fried potatoes and onion ring. All of them are tasty, but the fried potatoes is a bit bitter for my taste.

Best ribs in Bali! Spare ribs are very tender and just melt in your mouth. Staff are very friendly and food is served fairly quickly. Prices are expensive but expected for a restaurant with such acclaim. Keep in mind that this is an open restaurant with no air conditioning. Furthermore, seats are limited and the restaurant is packed during the summer holidays. Overall, Nuri's delivers on an amazing dining experience and atmosphere - a must try on the island of Bali!

The BBQ ribs are great but the satay skewers not so much. A lot of tourists come here for the food. Worth a try just if you don't mind the small area and the smoke from the BBQ

You can't miss the brightly lit sign by the road. We happened to park next to it enroute to room 4 dessert next door and took away some ribs. It turned out to be exceedingly nice, ribs fell off the bones and melted in our mouths, chili was not too spicy. Just amazing.

Nuri's is a classic food destination that has caught the eyes of many. Like others have said, trying Nuri's ribs is a must and you can see for yourself how good they are. Food wise the place is perfect and the character of the place really fits their product. Sadly parking is not one of their strongest points as well as if you happen to go during the peak hours, you will find yourself disappointed and will have to find yourself another place to eat. There is a lack of seating and it's horrible when you happen to wander in when a tourist bus decided to visit at the same time.

The original Naughty Nuri's. It was a great experience. The thing to have is the Grilled Ribs (Idr120.000 for a slab of roughly 6 ribs - good for one person). It's definitely worth it. Service is fast and friendly. Accepts credit card, if that's important to you.

Went by myself thinking I'd have a nice dinner with my book, and maybe a mojito I heard so much about. The ribs were huge and I loved them, especially with the spicy sauce! (I love spice) I ordered a drink, and the waitress came and mixed it in front of me, she filled the glass then tapped to indicate I should drink some, so I did, then she poured more in, and had me drink until everything in the shaker was in my glass. It was delicious and refreshing and before I knew it one mojito had me pretty damn tipsy. I actually had to drive my motorbike back home, and I got worried (and started talking to the nice couple that sat down at my table) so I ordered the nasi goreng as well. So I ate all my ribs, plus the nasi goreng, PLUS some of the pork the couple ordered as an appetizer, and sat and waited until the alcohol left my system. Finally left when I felt sober enough to drive but next time I'll definitely take a go-jek so I can drink more ;) hahaha Definitely want to go again.

So much love for naughty nuri's. Great food from a grill that is never cleaned. Prices might not be the best but it's good for the food. Had a franchise in Singapore but can't beat the original. Ribs are a must try, chicken ,sausages. For me I suggest to skip the pork chop and steak.

If you love grilled pork ribs, please come to this place.
If my opinion, taste of grilled pork ribs is so juicy and yummy. I ordered pork satay and it became not my favorite.

Price is reasonable for pork. Parking area is limited and not recommended for cars.

Fried rice is decent, good combination with the ribs. The ribs oh, the ribs, it's just heavenly. For those who said the ribs are too saucy, I say when in Rome, do as the Romans do. If this is the way ribs are suppose to be prepared in Bali, then bring more of it!

Juicy ribs and satay. Typical local bbq serving, the meat drenched with tons of sweet bbq sauce with a linger of smoking flavor. Don't expect extraordinary meat flavor. Pricing will be around 100k (2016)

It is a good experience, but not a must in Ubud. Ribs are quite good, but smothered in sauce which hides their flavor. Good, but not worth the money.

I read reviews raving about the martinis here, but the drinks are just straight gin (Gordon's?! Really?!) or vodka shaken with ice and garnished with three olives. And they charge $9 US for this lame excuse for a cocktail.

Overall a decent experienced, but very over hyped.
