For me, this is the most famous and the best "Nasi Ayam" in town. The flavour is grat, and you must try this place if you visit Semarang. Normaly it's very crowded, so you must brace yourself if you need to wait.

Good food, but only serve one menu javanese chicken rice, provide only cup water and bottled tea for drinks. You have to go early, because usually nothing left after 0900.

I was here at 6.30 am and the crowd really surprised me. Wow they do got up really early for this lol. A lil bit different from other Nasi ayam (chicken rice) around here. If u like sweet and hot. U'll like it here. I like it.

Nasi ayam or chicken rice in Semarang is like nasi gudeg to in Yogyakakarta, it's everywhere. But there are good ones and great ones. Bu Nyoto's chicken rice is among the most delicious ones I tried. Generous portion of chicken chunks and light chayote curry with a slice of tofu and hard boiled egg, add some liver or quail egg satay, et voila! Breakfast for champion.
