If you need a large room to hold an activity that involves many people like wedding or seminar, then this is the place. This place can accommodate 2000 peoples. Unfortunately the lighting of this place is terrible, it really need some improvements.

Overall, the place operates as convention hall and they got a hotel at a rear side in a compound named "Sapadia Hotel". The hotel categorized to decent and cheap place to stay in majapahit street.
