  Very rude and unfriendly staff - one in particular . Barking orders to all customers, observed 5 walk-ins and the same rude attitude to everyone.

  Had a very bad experience with this clinic. The counter personnels are very rude and unclear of what they are doing. Very unprofessional. I called via phone and the lady hanged up on me. I had to arrange for an early off from my work just to go the clinic in person. I waited very long for a simple and should be fast request. Definitely would not recommend this clinic to anyone!

  I've seen this doctor for years and he's great. Medicine is really effective and he's very experienced.
  
  However, the counter staff are absolutely terrible. They're inefficient, rude and ignorant.
  
  Be prepared for a long wait. It gets busy... Or the doctor talks for ages. Either way, very long wait.

  From toddler to elderly, your one stop clinic. Accurate and effective. Long waiting time is justifiable as you can save time and money from repeated visits to those over priced cda approved clinics.

  The doctor is very experience and be able to give accurate diagnostic. However, be prepared to wait for hours if you are not early as it is always very long queue everyday. So, end up the doctor usually spend little time on each patient in order to shorten the waiting time.

  Good doctor with good medicine given. But counter personnel sucks big time. Have tht 'want see you wait, otherwise F off' attitude.
  Today waited 1hr to take medicine just to find out they lost our card n don even bother to inform nor tell us.
