Batam is similar size to Singapore but why the facilities are so lousy. I think leader’s genetic carrier problem and same as Malaysian leader. Genetic Not yet civilisation!

It has expanded to be a lot larger since I last came here a few years ago. Probably the largest shopping mall in Batam is Nagoya Shopping Mall. Many locals and tourists alike are here and it is crowded. Can get your fair share of massage, food and grocery shopping done.

Lots of food, the supermarket is my favourite, nice massage, did my hair too. Head to toe pampering session. And of course your tummy will never growl for food.

The shopping mall itself consists of small booths on the outer level, and real mall booths inside the mall. On the other side, there is a food court style place called “Food Street” where both sides of hall is filled with restaurants and there is open seating in the middle. Overall a pretty average mall and no name brands here. They say the massage parlors around the mall and the bars are the real attraction within these area, but didn’t really have the time to explore those.

Several restaurants here but they're just average. The shops are probably the best in Batam but for a Singaporean shopper it's pretty average. The cinema is good value for money though. Many massage parlours and other shops surrounding this mall may be worth a visit.

Biggest mall within batam, everything from shopping to lots of different kinds of food stalls available. Place feels safe. Price of items may not be cheapest here but most items for normal family usage should be here. Lots of car parking lots. Surrounding area have lots of massage / spa area to relieve tired muscles after those food and shopping.

It's huge but as a visitor the things on offer doesn't seem that interesting. There are plenty of food options however the options itself may seem quite repetitive. There is a huge hardware store and supermarket which can be of interest as they have some items that are cheaper there compared to Singapore.

It's an OK place. It has quite a selection of food/restaurant and fashion shops in and around the mall but nothing out of the ordinary. There are plenty of massage parlors and beauty salons that are quite enjoyable for ladies.

Two games arcades here where my kids spent most of their time. The one on the top floor is cheap but smoky as quite a lot of people smoking inside. There is a time zone on the ground floor which is more expensive but much cleaner and brighter. Other than that, lots of interesting local shops and food outlets. Nice change from the usual international brands.

Mall located in Nagoya, a district in Batam. You can find a lot of interesting things. They mostly focused on selling bags and you can always asked for lower price. So do your best in bargaining!

Mall very interesting. Full of shops where you can find whatever you need. On the ground level there is a very nice market and an amazing telephones market where you can find new phones but also used one, accessories, spare parts. Also, you can find many computer shops. There are many food courts. If you visit Batam, Nagoya Hill is a place where you must spend time. Suggested.

A&W here does not have a price tag. Had my side dish swapped and made to pay higher price because they claim they did not have the one I ordered.
Theres a great variety of shops but do not expect cheaper prices as its a tourist area.

Area - It is a typical mall for Indonesia, lots of fake shops, local food and litter everywhere. The surrounding area is a big circle so the mall is surrounded by circling traffic with no ways for pedestrians to get through traffic safely and drivers dont care about people walking. Outside shops are a continuation of inside the mall, fake shops, garbage every where and rats and cats all over the place. Lots of massage places outside the mall with little girls giving all cute little smiles to entice the weary and ignorant traveler as most are horribly maintained and the massages are not good.

Transport - If you are a foreigner expect to get ripped off from the numerous marked or black taxis outside the mall. Taxis are generally old beat up vehicles who hide their seat belt so you cannot use them and drive like crazy. Walk or call Blue Bird which is the formal transport option to leave the area.

Shops & Food - The mall has no actual brands that you would want to buy and waste money as it is either local brands or knock offs of US and European brands. People can smoke everywhere and anywhere in the mall so if you are allergic or dont want cancer, wear a mask. The mall has a few recognizable brands, Pizza Hut, KFC and A&W, everything else is local. Its hit or miss, go local, quality is low and you might get sick. Go with western food and it wont be the same taste and a better chance of not getting sick.

The rating is fair since for the locals I think this is an excellent place and its busy on the weekend with vacationing thrifty Singaporeans, everyone else beware.

The gate keeper intentionally not showing us the actual park fee, they come many reason to cheat me. I park 4 hours they charged me 5.000 IDR, he thought idk the actual price. night management at there is poor. I will come again to test these cheating things. I will post it here again with the face of gate keeper.
