Its a bad place , they yepping their customer
Leying on them
I have a bad experience their , even the supervisors not helpful , no solution provided , they wasted 2 hours to solve a ploblem they have done
They just want money no matter are you satisfied or not and one they eleborate the water plays they will tell you , you will stay on the game like 30 min and you will only go for 5 minutes at most
A man their yepping me infront of all staff , supervisors and boss , no one asked the man to even stop , no one appologized even, i asked for the name of that man to complain him at the police station , no one told me but i took him a photo
Please dont go their , people are not freindly , not kind and its unsafe place

Dirty, overpriced and outright dangerous .. stay away from this place. They take you to deep turbulent water for snorkeling so you give up after 2 minutes of an hour you paid for. Very dirty and unhygienic toilets and other facilities considering you pay 100s of dollars.

They are super cunning in taking money.
Will always try to bargain with them.
They don't give full information after I paid of the service they tell that they don't have any refund policy.
So I had to change the activities. But than on the jet ski on the halfway their fuel was finished.
So had to wait for 20mins for the police to rescue and than their crew came on spot.
Still they didn't refund back the money and me to go back the next day.

Please me aware and be clear about the activity and bargain for price.

Never try those guys.. we agreed to pay AUD 420 and later when i checked my transcation AUD 518 was charged. Talked to guy and he told me he charged on US Doller.. Bunch of cheater.. try other water sports company then those thief. We also lost our thongs from there.. also we spend 6hrs to do just 4 activities.. Ruin our holiday.

Enjoyed the watersports offered here. The views are not great and you could start bargaining from 30-40% of the value quoted.

Do not come here! We witnessed how someone on our boat almost died after the parasail tow snapped and he landed on the boulder rocks. It was a terrifiyng experience, especially since we went right before he did, so it might as well have been us. The way the crew handled the whole situation was a disaster. While the man was unconcious in the water with a severe head and probably spine injury the staff clumsily tried to pull him onto a small boat. We were in total shock so naturally all we wanted to do was leave that place. Unfortunately we had already paid in advance for a whole array of activities (fly fish which btw is also very dangerous and turtle island) and asked for our money back which the woman in charge there wouldn't do. It was quite a significant amount so we persisited and after about an hour of arguing she gave us a part-refund. In hindsight it was very naive to go to this place without informing ourselves first. As it turns out there have been several fatalities in that area related to water sports. I just hope that the man who this happened to survived. So PLEASE avoid this place at all cost!!!

DON'T COME HERE!!
We paid for 2 activities (jet ski + parasailing) for 2 people 1mil. +transport 300.000 IRP.
We found out that you have a full packets with 4 activities and transport for 500.000 IRP.
Besides the people were not very friendly.
Please don't go here for the sake of your wallet!

Be aware of prices!!!
I regret not checking prices before going there. I did the parasailing adventure and the Jet sky for 650000 idr and normally I should pay 245000 idr.

There a lot games here, but the facility are horrible, the service is very good. If you want to go snorkeling I recommend ask the tour guide about the wave, because big wave doesn't good for snorkeling.

Got voucher from groupon, but the facilities are horrible. No private bathroom for men, only toilet, no towel, so you should take a shower publicly and bring your own towel.

You can bargain the price.. We choose 2 activity for two person. Total is 2mil idr, the person told us how much we willing to pay, in the end we paid 1.5mil for two activity. 15mins for one activity..
