Great location! Walking distance to main street but still pretty quiet. Stayed in 1 bedroom villa and Wow! Absolutely loved it! Great sized pool, nice garden area, and ultra private. Room itself is nicely appointed and comfortable. The bathroom is semi-exposed to outside so can get a bit warm during the day but is easily cooled by leaving the door from the airconditioned room open for a few minutes

A lovely resort with the most amazing staff ❤️ we stayed here for week and they made it feel like a second home. Special mention to the lady running the breakfast service, she's so cheerful, helpful and attentive 😄

Great stay. Nice and hospitable staff. At a walking distance from seminyak square. This one is at a posh location and really value for money. Queen tandoor is the nearby restaurant

Fabulous value for money. Quaint hotel. Central seminyak location. Quite basic but great value. Has a beautiful pool. Great breakfast. Comfortable very clean beds. Fresh towels daily with a room clean. Will 100% stay here again.

Very bad service. We were unable to leave for Bali today on account of Volcanic eruptions. While every other service we booked and flight cancelled with full refund this hotel is not willing to take cancellations with refund. Not sure how a property can try and make money when people are struggling post getting stuck in something which is out of their control.

Excellent location close to restaurants and shops but still quiet enough. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Beds are a bit firm for my liking but not unusual by Asian standards. Wifi rather slow.

Great location. Excellent staff. Up stairs sleeping loft not suitable for all ages. Need a downstairs toilet. Pool sun lounges missing mattresses. Local building backing onto Villa 4 have some kind of machinery or refrigeration that is intermittent and creates a noise that interuppts your sleep. Not on my to stay again list. :(

Beautiful rooms, service couldn't do enough for you, Was always friendly, immaculate grounds and good location too, Wi-Fi is extremely poor, so plan around that if you need too.
