  Negative: lapangan bergelombang, sore hari jam 5sore ke atas di luar stadion cukup banyak preman yang mulai minum miras, toilet tidak bersih dan tak terawat, akses untuk penyandang disabilitas tidak tersedia, akses transportasi umum tidak tersedia, akses jalan raya menuju stadion rawan lakalantas (jalan aspal bergelombang akibat banyaknya truk pabrik melintas), garis pembatas lapangan tidak ada.
  
  Positive: udara khas daerah pantai, tribun penonton memadai untuk pertandingan tarkam / level liga 3.

  Di stadion ini menyediakan tempat olah raga volly ball. Sepak bola. Basket .bulu tangkis futsal. Tempat ny bersih bisa bawa anak dan orang tua olahraga maupun jl. Santai ,, ,,,,,,ayo ke GOR kamal ya
