This was our first liveaboard as a family and everything completely surpassed all our expectations. The Moana is a beautiful and very comfortable boat with an extremely friendly and attentive crew who did all they could to make our holiday enjoyable. In addition to the fantastic diving there were also opportunities to go ashore and take in the breathtaking views. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing experience with Moana cruising! Diving spots are great, crew is really friendly and helpful and food is top. If you want to disconnect from the rest of the world and do not have to care about anything apart from at what time is your next dive this is one of the best options.

We have been six days on the cruise to Komodo. And it was great!. The crew is super and working hard to give you an unforgettible holiday. The cruise director makes sure that you are in the water on the right time. And the food is also good on board. Thanks for the trip!!!!!

Here are some impressions from our recent trip around Flores/Komodo with the Moana Liveaboard. This was probably the best diving experience I have had with unforgettable underwater life. And the ship? Absolutely fantastic and excellently organised. Smooth sailing and great times on the open deck, with the other guests or just by yourself, reading, looking, watching the world go by. I should also mention the great food during the trip. The staff in the kitchen are really serving little miracles every day.

Awesome service, professional diving, very clean and comfortable cabins, good atmosphere on board!
We live in Singapore and dove extensively across Indonesia and Philippines. In July 2017 we returned for the second time to Moana. And we definitely will return again!
The Moana Cruising team is highly professional and service oriented. Dives are operated by Mario and his team, whereas Mario directs cruises in Komodo since 15(!) years, an experience level which shows in each single dive.
Comparing to other dive boats we particularly like the layout of Moana with its large, open and smooth teak deck. Cabins were excellently maintained on a daily basis and the floors were cleaned daily. We also liked the local cuisine, amazing the quality level that the crew turns out daily.
We can fully recommend Moana, hands down!

This was a first class experience. My partner needed much convincing as he did not look forward to 4 nights on a boat but it turned out to be the favourite 4 nights of our holiday. Very responsible guidance. Good food. Great atmosphere. The diving is spectacular. We were sad it were only 4 nights.

Awesome diving experience. The combination of the beautiful boat, cruise director Mario, guides Sarif and Rudi, delicious food and of cause the dive sites make this a top -class outfit.
Mario is highly competent as a Team Leader.
Moana operate in small groups which I favour.
Moana offered me the option to sleep on deck under the open sky and that's where I slept for 5 nights!
Diving with Moana in Komodo is highly recommended.

The scuba diving Moana trip in Komodo National Park was a fantastic experience. The crew was very considerate and helpful. The food was tasty, healthy, and plentiful. The dive sites were frequently beyond incredible with beautiful soft/hard corals, sea snakes, sharks, Mantas, turtles, and dozens of different fish. We also had a day trip to Komodo Island for a walking tour and dragon spotting which was also a great experience. I truly enjoyed the trip and highly recommend it to others.

I wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first live-aboard, but Moana blew away all expectations. Their staff was friendly and anticipated our needs, such as having hot chocolate ready as we got off the speedboat from a night dive. The cabin was comfortable and cleaned daily. The food was much better than expected (think 3/4 star restaurant on a boat with a kitchen the size of a closet!) and the diving was magical! LOVED my experience here and would do it again, no questions!

My daughter and I just got back from a great diving trip. The people were great, the guests fun, the dive instructor and dive guides were excellent and the boat and food were great. Of course, the dives were great as well! What else can you ask for from a dive trip? We will certainly plan another trip in the near future - we did the northern part of Komodo this time and would like to try the south next time.

We had an amazing week aboard the Moana, can't ask for much more. The Crew made it very easy to relax and enjoy every activity the Moana has to offer. Diving sites were phenomenal and if you want you can round up the day with all the other activities.
