I got my water tank, floor tiles, some gardening tools and D.I.Y tools. They really have it all, plus there is a big parking lot that allows your pickup trucks to park conveniently

Home depot located on pretty good location they have good selections of everything to improve your home, just name it. place not crazily big and just enough size to explore. service is also pretty good. they have 2 elevator but last time i visit only one was working. they sell furnitures too.

Buy large products from this place make sure you open and check everything is there. So often parts are missing. What makes it worse is they will not honor anything if it is not returned before 7 days. When you have a building project in another area this is sometimes difficult. Better to buy at other places

Great place to search for furnitures and housing supplies. The staffs are very helpful too. Different price range for each item. Definitely recommend coming here if you are searching for more economical options.

This is the right place to visit when you need to renovate your house, they have a wide selection of materials, but beware, its employees will always try to sell the much more expensive stuff to you. For example, I need the cheapest paint for a temporary building, still they introduce me to the branded item, even I already asked couple of times for the cheapest brand.
Some of the saleswoman do not even have the product knowledge

Not good supplied. Staff confused, do not speak English, surprised that Bule speaks no Bahasa:-) Maybe good for bathrooms equipment, but lights or bulbs very expensive. Not good supply in gardens or kitchen appliances.

the staff in this place are amazing they are always helpful it is now my go too place for hardware shopping a big credit to the management. great range of products certainly gives ace hardware a run for their money

Incompetent sales staff, expensive prices, shop would not accept Return of unopened item (wrong item because of sales staff), unhelpful customer service, and Mitre 10 complaints did not reply to my email of complaint. Not recommended.

For your average westerner, Mitra10 is the nearest thing to a B&Q or home based on the island.

Lots of staff to assist though the language barrier may be an issue so have photographs of what you need before you arrive :)

Prices are reasonable and a wide 'if Indonesian style' accessories are available.

Easy to reach this place at the main road journey from Sanur area to Airport or Nusa Dua/Kuta from Denpasar city through bypass Ngurah Rai. Easy parking, good option of items, and reasonable price. It is recommended if you want to buy furniture, kitchen tools, building materials, interior for house and so on.

I have been here a few times but never got what I was looking for. This time I wanted to buy a stand alone oven/stove combination. They had a great variety of stoves, different sizes and colours and price range from 3,000,000 rp to 13,000,000 rp. I was very impressed!
