  El dueño era una persona razonable y hablaba inglés de forma fluida. El conductor (un hombre calvo, de unos treinta años) llegó tarde, nos llevó a un restaurante (caro) que no habíamos pedido, nos llevo a un pequeño pueblo con un solo hostal (Catimore homestay) caro y absolutamente desastroso (la alternativa era dormir en la calle, no nos permitió quedarnos en la furgoneta hasta comenzar la subida al volcán Ijen) . A la entrada del parque nos pidió 100.000 a cada uno para pagar la entrada al parque (cifra correcta) pero cuando le pedí REPETIDAMENTE la entrada al recinto (dado que las colecciono para mi registro de viaje) se negó. Unos compañeros de viaje se negaron a pagar hasta llegar a la oficina oficial del parque y el conductor bajó sus maletas del coche y les empezó a gritar. Me parece una conducta absolutamente inaceptable.

  Truly the owner was the first person in Java who made some sense, was friendly, not that pushy, could speak good English and gave us amazing information.
  
  But the employees ARE DISASTER and they should fire the driver for sure. Came 45mins late (van was OK), was watching YouTube while driving, eating chips, smoking (but that is normal in Indonesia 😢) and overtaking in blind corner at the same time. He almost killed us twice! We were shouting athim at some point to slow down on the wet road, when he was sliding the van against the cliff.
  
  For the Ijen hike, the guide was 30 mins late, we had to wait another 10 mins for the tickets at the gate and as he was very slow we never got the gas masks, which were included, so we had to pay for our ones by ourselves (no refund afterwards).
  
  But hey got us from place A to B and after to C. If you like adventure go for it! Loved the owner, he was very helpful (that is why 3 stars) talk to him about the drivers issues, as that is unexceptable.

  Good place to get bus tickets, we had a discount (still high price) when we showed our student cards, but do not trust them when they tell you they would drive you straight to your hotel, they threw us out of the bus to the dark somewhere we did not know where we were.
