Comfy bed.

I think the location of mirah hotel is perfect because so far from city and the rooms is vaery beautiful cause the design from local traditional and the service is good cause they always smile and that is make me happy

I stayed for 5 nights in villa suite, a 2 bedroom villa with joglo in between. Both rooms have spacious bathrooms. Conditions were actually okay, but a better maintenance and housekeeping will be appreciated. Laundry service is excellent and fairly priced. But refrain from ordering a room service from the restaurant. I was charged 438,000 for 5 glasses of hot tea and snacks (2 small portion of french fries, 2 pieces of spring rolls and a plate of fried banana)

I didn't expect my experience with Mirah Hotel would be this terrific. The place was incredibly tranquil and beautiful. We stayed at the Villa with two bedrooms. Although some parts of the bathrooms are quite dirty (dusty and there were some maggots in the tubs); the place was so private and serene. The breakfast menu was tasteful and the staffs are generally polite and nice.

I review based on deluxe room.
Good place to take some sleep but it's not a good place to spend your time because:
1. Bathroom is big but they build a lot of brick wall that make it small
2. Just has a deem light
3. Bathroom does not has electric plug for hair dryer
4. Garden is not maintain enough (a lot of dirt showed up)
5. Food is not serve as good as what it seems
6. Wifi or internet is rarely available at restaurant (maybe it just one time only)

Really bad condition of bathroom, really old room, you feel like living in condition of 30 years ago without any new things. My expat room mate said the bathroom smell stinky the whole day. And mosquitos enter the room and really annoy our rest. The room should be sold for less than 100,000 IDR

Good hotel. Each of its cottage has two bedrooms, one common room and a wide verandah. Just a perfect papce for a family. It is also good for sharing with others or colleagues.

Very close to Ketapang ferry port.

This hotel desperately needs lots of maintenance, service and replacement. Towel is old, missing chair in the room, ac ia not cool, bathroom like public toilet. Service is good and warm. When I ordered room service, dont know where to eat inside the room as no chairs is provided. Then I have to pay cash. seriously? They said that os because my booking from expedia so what?

This hotel needs maintenance!!

The first room they gave me had a broken air condition, a broken door knob, and a bunch of mosquitos flying around inside. The room smelled bad and the toilet seats were brown and disgusting. After three days sleeping with a malfunctioned air condition, they finally gave me a new room. The hotel manager tried to say they didn't have any rooms available, which was not true, as they eventually upgraded me to a better room for one night.
This new room was even worse. The toilet didn't flush, the windows were about to fall out, the air condition was colder than the first room, but the fan was not working properly.
Eventually they gave me a third room with ice cold air condition, and everything else in the room working.

The breakfast was terrible. Over cooked and cold. Even though the breakfast serving is supposed to last until 10, they were out of food at 8:30, twice.

I will never return to this hotel of horror. Management needs to spend some money on maintenance!

The only positive things were the quiet location of the room and the wifi working well.

First room we had was full of Mosquitoes and the A/C not cold. I asked how they could fix it and was moved to a better room. Wi is good in the restaurant but not in the room. Mosque close by. All in all pretty good. Nice rooms needs a little bit of maintaining. Would stay again.

Stayed one night here. Room is okay, bathroom sucks though. Same as the previous reviewer, the water is not running well. At night is quite spooky because there aren't many people. Breakfast is okay.
