  If you usually enjoy 'kwetiau' with meat, mustard and sprouts as noodle complement, Mietiau Asuk (Asuk = Uncle in Hokkien) use Katuk leaves (Mani Chai in Chinese) or Star Gooseberry leaves (Saoropus androgynus), scramble egg and sprout as its complement. It makes special taste from mostly fried kwetiau around West Kalimantan. Asuk's soya milk is one of the menus that should be enjoyed when you get there.
