Local food of Tanjung Pinang. A little bit similar with Mie Aceh or samyang, you have the option of "dry" fried noodle (Mie Goreng Kering), "moist" fried noodle (Mie Goreng Lembab), and noodle with soup (Mie Rebus). The most spicy and delicious one is the "dry" fried noodle

Sesuai dengan namanya Mie Tarempa.merupakan makanan olahan dari Mie (ada campuran tauge dan ikan asap dan diberi saos yg khas) sedangkan Tarempa adalah nama salah satu Kelurahan di Kecamatan Siantan Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas Provinsi Kepulauan Riau.jauh nun disana. Mienya enak bangetada campuran ikan.sepertinya sih ikan tongkol asap. Saya lebih suka Mie Tarempa Kering. Ada juga roti goreng khasnya, yaitu roti goreng isi ikan tongkol asap.enak juga lho. Untuk minuman, yang khas Kepulauan Riau apalagi selaian Teh/Kopi tarik : mau yang panas atau yang dingin.silahkan dicoba :-)
