Very bad experience I was charged for something I did not do.
I returned the car with the same condition,
I took care the car very well, no accident.
They know that I need my ID because I had to fly within 1 hour.

I had rent with them 2 times, the first time they’re good.
The 2nd times, when they will take the car and the worker said i have to pay the collect fee, then I called the rent and asked why don’t you explain and blabla, but he blame and angry with me and said “why don’t i ask about that? Do you have a logic” 😂 such a stpd man, you have the bussines and its your job to explain everything bro!
Btw, I asked them before they bring the car to my place, do you have a drop fee for that? And they said yess, but they don’t explain there’s a collect fee more. That’s the thing.response / report this review -

The best car rental in Bali, recommended banget guys! I was rent a car for 4 of my gust, teh car very clean, smooth and reasonable price!

I’m from semarang and found this rent car from internet. Overall good service, its pretty cheap for 24 hrs rent. thanks for the convenience and hospilatity. Will definitely rent again for the next trip. God bless

Appalingly rude and unprofessional.
After having already confirmed our itinerary, agreeing on a price and paying up front, Merta Sedana not only demanded we pay for a whole extra day at the last minute, but was verbally abusive and rude to us as well. Don't rent from these guys, period.response / report this review
