Ridiculously cheap, and because of that the place is dusty, the window never been cleaned, and several other thing because they seems like doesnt have money to maintaining the place

It is a good spot to see Bandung from birdeye's view.
BUT
If you go there on weekends, there will be one hell of a line with only one lift for each tower. On weekdays you might have to pay higher price.
Also although we take off the shoes, the place is still pretty dusty.
It would be nice to have like a binoculars (?) and clean the dusty window.

One of Bandung's landmark located beside of Alun-alun, makes the tower really strategic. On the top floor you can see the scenery of Bandung and if you lucky, you can see the mountains that surround Bandung.
