My last experience here was awful.. it was my almost to be my 2nd transaction there, about to buy a cme hkey 37 midi controller. So, i had prior conversation with a sales named Dimas. His service was good and i was about to pay for the keyboard, the cashier was totally disrespectful. I had a bargain of 3% from the price which i got from the sales guy. But then, when i got the cashier credit card payment is charged with another 3%. The cashier which i forgot the name (rather plump, wavy-curly hair) was blatantly tell me to choose between "normal price - (normal price.3%) + 3% credit card surcharge" or "normal price (with no CC surcharge, it was like about USD 7 more expensive)". That is pretty normal but, the attitude towards me (an about to pay customer), was somehow like "you need us more than we need you". It was displeasing and degrading that i cancelled my purchased right away after that happened. The sales was not helping at all.

Also, the store indeed sell the hottest products, and they are maybe the only one that have then on display. Thus, their pricing is way overpriced. It was not a problem before, but after the incident i will not purchase anything anymore from this store or set my foot there.

This is the place for music enthusiast. A lot of rare brands arrived here. Personally i root this place for it's variant of Electro Harmonix pedals. Nice people, you could try some of the products without hesitation. Bought a small overdrive pedal here as well.
