I had good experiences during my hospitality there. Experienced doctors & friendly med crew are their forte. They always give comprehensive explanation when it's needed.
The security staff have bad attitude. Consider to teach them well!!!

Good service and clean
The service takes way too long for the patients. Emergency room is very crowded. Providing more wards in Emergency Unit would help a really lot.
The nurse are rude!
I stayed in 1st class room, but I felt like stayedaaa in 3rd class room.
The nurse are arogan, and they not event say sorry once they made a mistake. They always do their best to find an execuse!
At the 1st day I hospitalized, I was made a hugh complaint just because of the wifi access. Once I asked the wifi pasword through the speaker, the nurse said that it only available at reception 1st floor. Since I was alone and no one accompany me I asked the nurse to help me. But the nurse mentioned that I have to go down to the first floor for this. I explained again that I was alone, and the only communication tools that I have in the room only the speaker. No one answer, but I heard the nurse talked with her friends. I waited, and after 30 to 45 minutes I asked again sonce no one came contacted or came to the room.
But I received the same information that I have to go down to the first level event though I explained again to them that I was alone and no one accompany me. I went to the nurse station and found 5 or 6 peoples over there are chatted and convey my complaint to all of them. It was ridiculous that they asked patient to came down to the 1st floor just only for the wifi pasword. One of the IGD brooder that only passed by assisted me with the pasword. Event though he gave me the wrong pasword, but atleast he assisted me. Finally I used my mobile tathering since the wifi never active.
At the 3rd night, at around 04:00 my IV fluid was empty. Once I complaint to them, with the rude voice, the nurse mentioned that I am the one that supposed to be informed them once the IV bottle Empty. At that time I am too tired to complaint, I just asked them that "are you sure that you want the patient to wait up during the night to make sure the iv bottle not empty since I never experience this at other hospitals"
The nurse just kept silent and walked out with out permittion or said something. Than another nurse came 10 minutes after wards and replaced my IV bottles with the new one.
