* friendly bar staff
* good massage
* very noisy
* couldn’t use bath due to leaking plug and no hot water
* shower would only run cold water, we were booked in to stay for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and only had hot water for one of those days, we checked out and found somewhere else at the 1 week mark. When we asked about the water problem, the reception staff said they know the water on our floor is an issue but there is nothing they could do. They offered to move us to a different floor but when they showed us we had to decline. Right underneath our window was locals burning rubbish 24 hours and blew right into the windows and my husband is asthmatic.
* fridge didn’t work
* air con good
* their coffee was terrible
* the pictures online are nothing like what the place is like. Terrible views and located on an extremely busy road.
* my husband ended up with bed bug bites all over his legs and back
* all in all I would not recommend this place to people staying longer than 1 or 2 nights

Mega boutique is a really value for money property with very good staff. Rooms are small but tastefully done. It's on the main road opposite Bali galeria mall and near to airport. All type of transport options are available nearby. Nearby money changers and Sim card providers are in Bali Galeria mall. Limited food options in the area. Kitchen of the hotel has limited but good menu.

Easy to find, near one of bali biggest mall. There's almost no parking for car, better use taxi or uber to come here. Lobby is quite hot since the air conditioning still on progress. Staff were friendly. Room rates were competitive.

Spacious room with a small balcony overlooking the city. Our room had 1 queen size bed and another single bed. This room had a kitchen counter, a water pot, microwave oven. The bath also had a hair dryer, sink, cushioned seat, toiletries. You also get to enjoy a dip in a roomy bath tub with its own flat screen tv! The hotel's pool is on the rooftop, overlooking the city with a bar. Buffet breakfast included.

This is a cost effective and bful hotel. It serves you more and rooms are much more well equipped as per the cost per night. Amazing stay.

We had a three bedroom room on the 4th floor, everything was tidy and fresh and the service was excellent. The pool is on the top floor, and we loved spending time by it. The one negative I would give is that we were not able to get the water hot enough for baths, and when the ac was on in our room we were usually cold and turned it off after short periods of time. Also there was some trouble with our locker safe malfunctioning but the receptionists were happy to help out with that!

Budget Hotel .. Beds were not clean as some stains on bed sheet. We even found ants when we checked in. Okay in General.

+tive : Room was very big. Separate, big bathroom with nice bathtub. Breakfast was more than okay with verities. Huge swimming pool.

-tive : Room need to be cleaned more. Rooms with street views are really disaster as the sound of the cars and bikes are very noisy sometimes till 9 o’clock at night (Be careful). Hotel is cery close to v.big mall, but unfortuntlly you need to cross a very busy road or have to take a long walk to cross. (Be careful). The view of the river behind the hotel is not nice as it is dirty. Not enough parking for cars if you need to.

In General : Not highly recommend as it is a budget hotel. But for a quick city tour is okay.

Quiet, spacious ,clean and conducive. Very accessible as the shopping is just opposite the. Hotel. And near to DFS if youre taking the kura kura bus. The room is very clean.

Very good hotel with great price comes the great facilities. Great for couple. The room offers you big space with separated bathroom and a bathtube (with a tv!). The atmosphere is calm and green with many plantation in the wall which is very relaxing. The pool is on the rooftop which offers you great scenery and windy situation and there is a pool bar also in here. The staff also very responsive.

Great price comes with great hotel.

Pro's:

Beautiful hotel, great pool, nice staff.

Quite far from Kuta center, noisy and the fridge was broken.

Run down, old, dirty, bad location. We stayed here 4 nights. Hotel security does not allow uber to pick you, and are happy to call a taxi that will charge you 5x the price if uber.

It's a good place as a chain hotel with all facilities that other 3stars plus hotel have.
The room doesn't has view to out side.
The swimming pool is great place to hang out on top of the hotel with bar service next to it, it has decent size can do some laps for swimming in it.

The hotel staff were friendly. We rented our bike from the hotel lobby itself (good price) Walking distance (3-5 mins) to hypermarts, mini marts, warungs (one halal restaurant behind Grand Mega hotel) room is clean.

Good enough for explorers like us, we like to go out instead of spending all day in the hotel. However they still have a roof pool , small gym and bar if you'd like to relax a bit. Nice and clean room, chilled light music, and the chef-special vegan food was fantastic!
