Cozy place to hangout with friend or families. Free Wi-Fi, so you can stay much longer. Me, i love to do my work here sometimes. Not only for eat, also i loved to see other people or meet completely stranger to say just "hello". Clean place and good welcoming employees. I'm loving it ! 😄

i order
2 Mc Spicy Chicken package + upsize
3 Spicy Chicken Bites
for take-away.

package was included 1 medium drink and 1 medium fries. (up-size get large drink and fries)

i was waiting for 20 minutes till the waiter came to me with a bundle of my order without showing me the food inside.
when i get back to my hotel and open the bundle. i don't get any single fries, and fyi, upsize is paying extra money.

i had try to indonesia's McDonald customer service and they said the McDonald calinaya will call to.my phone number. but after waiting for 2 hours, there is no call from McDonald. so its a big disappointment from McDonald's indonesia. especially McDonald's lombok

Standard Indonesian McDonald's menu with junk food and sodas Friendly staff and some of them, they speak English very well but the parking is not free and the toilet is not very clean.

I was there in one day after the opening day 😀 the location is strategic, with 2 story building, face to face with Pizza Hut restaurant in opposite. This McD's restaurant has drive thru service which is not available in McD's Mataram Mall.
