I've had better luck at this ATM than any other. My home bank is in the US, no issues so far and can withdraw 3mil rupiah per transaction. There can be a wait, but it is worth it, IMO for the convenience.

The staff here were some of the worst I've ever come across !!!
Just to explain the story I had lost my wallet which contained both mine and my girlfriends cards in, stupid I know but we had to move on and try and do what we could (Western Union)
We arrived 10 minutes late the first day as we didn't know the banks shut at 3:30pm but the security guard decided to laugh at our situation and then went to grab something on his belt when tried to explain what had gone on and askes for his guidance (in which we remained calm) this really shook me up !!
The next day we went back to hopefully pick up our money !! But no !! We had used the Western Union app which didn't tell us anywhere that in Indonesia you had to enter middle names it just stated (First Name) and (Second Name) so we followed the guidelines. We then waited for around 25 minutes to be greeted by a cashier who instead of explaining what we need to do or understanding our situation got aggressive quickly, to the point she stood up and was shouting at both my girlfriend and myself that "we must have full passport details" I understand we did the wrong thing in the application but to be spoken like that was horrendous.
We eventually went to the local post office who were really kind and helpful so if you're looking for Western Union transactions I urge you to use them.response / report this review -

Only one ATM available, had to wait for four people in front of me. Does NOT accept UnionPay card!

The atm outside the bank is awesome, it allows you to withdraw 3 millions at one time.
