The budget hotel in town was relax, clean, friendly staff, nice room.

Hotel ini selalu jadi pilihan inap atasan saya (di perusahaan sebelumnya).
Sekalipun beliau berhak klaim untuk hotel bintang 3, namun selalu memilih hotel ini tiap kunjungan ke Palembang.

Its double bed means 2 single beds combined into 1. Has modern facade, fancy greeny interior and located just before big mall (PTC) are the pros points. Foods are also satisfied.

The bed sheet cleanliness should be improved. The front desk staff when I checked-in was not friendly but when I checked-out, the staff was so nice

Good service. But when i arrived here and got the room there was no towel. I called the receptionist and had to waited for 4 hour to get the towel. And the towel was dirty one. The floor also a bit dirty. For cheap hotel, i think it's a good choice to stay here.
