This is a nice beach with the mountains but
it has a disgusting amount of trash specially plastic everywhere, stray dogs and children selling bracelets. You can find garbage inside th ocean and in th sand. Also you need to pay to enter this beach to be surrounded by plastic

No, just no. This is not a nice beach.
It does have a white-ish sand and it does have a sea but it also has a disgusting amount of trash everywhere, stray dogs and children selling bracelets. It however does NOT have a nice vibe, at least good-ish infrastructure or at least OK warung. It is in the middle of nowhere so on top of everything it is rather hard to get to.

Mawun beach is located in sout coast of Lombok. 10 minutes from Selong belanak and it offers challenging surfing point. The high waves and warm water will give another sensation for the surfers.

Located quite far from Lombok Int'l Airport and need about 45 mins driving, but this place is have a good scenery and a little bit quite where you can get relaxed by sunbath in the beach witg drinking a fresh coconut.

Pantainya bersih, penjual juga ramah-ramah. Tapi sayang, untuk tempat solat masih belum ada. Dari pengalaman saya, saya terpaksa solat di tempat penjual dan air untuk wudu bayar :(.

The beach is clean, the seller over there is polite. But unfortunately, it difficult to find the place that we can use to take a prayer. My experience, I should ask first to the seller to take a prayer and I pay for the Wudu. :(

5 stars for this calm beach.you can chillout and enjoy it then rent a seat with umbrella from Local. 50 k for 2 young coconuts and it's seat. . .

Mawun beach is located in the southern part of lombok. It is about 2 hours drive from mataram.
The beach is shaped like a horse shoe, covered by hills on both the east and the west side.
The east and west side of the beach is best for doing activities. The middle part of the beach is 'contaminated' by rubbish & plastic bags carried by the waves from indian ocean.

Very beautiful postcard beach, but extremely aggressive hawking can get very annoying. Make sure to haggle down prices on everything from tanning beds to potato chips, or alternatively bring your own towels and snacks as everything here is offered at very high prices.

One of the best beach in Lombok I have ever visited. It's very clean and very peaceful. If you want to isolate yourself from the crowd, this beach will be perfect for you.
