Still my fav karaoke place, with complete song list and accurate texts. (Although kinda doubt the scoring accuracy ;p). The interior is dark red like dracula castle and the walls are full of Ahmad Dani pictures, so if you despise him then better if you dont go to this place.
Sound system is good enough and choice of beverages are good and varied.
The sarinah thamrin location in the centre of the city is reachable although confusing coz there are 2 types of masterpiece karaoke; the prime one is the one located in front of the building with staircase in front of the main road, while the non-primer karaoke is located in the back building with access from the sarinah mall elevator inside.
Always a good experience for me to visit this place!!

Yup, customer service nya, sangat tidak ramah, seperti orang yang tidak niat bekerja. tempatnya terkesan gelap. Sangat tidak cocok dengan nama "Family Karaoke" yang diberikan, lebih ke "Self Service Karaoke".

At the first make me confused,because they have separated location in one building. Room are nice,clean but the speakers not at the best condition. Price is average.

Saya ga pernah semarah ini dengan siapa pun kecuali Marketing Komunikasinya Masterpiece Sarinah yg bernama Endel.
dengan bangganya dia bilang sudah kenyang dengan ratusan customer yang complain yang menunjukan bahwa pelayanan mereka tidak bagus sehingga ada ratusan customer yang complain ke mereka, tolong perbaiki atau review lagi kinerja marketingnya apa pantas seorang dengan jabatan sebagai Marketing Communication berbicara seperti itu kepada customernya? dia yang seharusnya menjadi image dari perusahaan.
Sangat mengecewakan, karyawan yang tertawa disaat customer sedang complain, melecehkan. sangat tidak pantas.

Disini ada 2 tempat, yang di lantai dua depan jalan untuk VIP, dan di dalam lantai 13 untuj yang biasa. Pelayanannya cukup memuaskan. Fasilitasnya sangat bagus mulai dari output speaker, led, tempat untuk milih lagunya. Dan lagunya ter-update.
