The soup is just a bowl of fat no depth no flavor and I ordered their signature ramen, the charsiu is ok, noodles are however cooked to a mush, condiments wise Garlic chips helps and the seasme is untoasted which I find no point at all because it does not add flavour or aroma
I have to say this joint is probably the worst of the Franchiseresponse / report this review -

Last time the food still ok, but now taste so bad. We ordered spicy one but the food not spicy and the meat not fully cooked and too oily. We asked for the chili but the waiters said no more chili. First time i heard such answer from the waiters. We pay for expensive food but we get low qualified food. This time very disappointed 👎Their wifi also can't use.

The ramen is delicious. I love the soup, its not very thick but it is also tasty. The service is pretty good.

Service is slow. Foods are average, the ramens taste more like Mie Pangsit. Definitely not better than Ikkudo or Ikousha. But, nice place tho..
