What started out as a big catering family business in Semarang, Marie Tan's grandson, Aldo Hernadi, continues her legacy with the opening of Marie's Kitchen.
He took culinary training in Singapore under Johnson & Wales University through the At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy. With an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts, Aldo started Marie's Kitchen, currently specializing in cookies and pastries.
Using a mix of home-made recipes, those learned from working and training, Marie's Kitchen brings a variation of baked treats and desserts that will tantalize the taste buds!
