Salah satu pusat pertokoan dan perkantoran di citra raya, walau tertata cukup rapi, terdapat fasilitas olahraga dan wahana permainan air, namun secara umum masih cukup sepi, banyak sekali anak SMU yg nongkrong disini untuk maksud 'tertentu'
