first time we arrived at hotel gate, we see the exterior hotel so close, i thing the wall not has been finish yet (or maybe this is Mediterranean style), there is moss on the wall. since hotel cost already paid, so we must enjoyed everything in here.
my opinion the hotel exterior must be changed with new minimalist style, so become more interesting.response / report this review -

Had a night at Yudistira tower with my family. Standard room facilities with mini bar and dry kitchen. Nice bed with an old tv.
Great atmosphere and beach view from balcony.
But, the door stuck need a little fix. A/C need to be fixed also.response / report this review -

the building is pretty old and somehow creepy except its pool which is the best part of this hotel, the breakfast menu is just an ordinary meal. I booked Deluxe Standard Room and it was pretty big even though they say it fits for a small family (Parents with 2 child). I stay just for a night with my three besties and still the room feels too big.

this place lack of maintenance, on 2006 i was here and the hotel is beautiful, well maintain, nowadays there no major changes and building are crumble on certain area. overall its still a good place to stay with good view of beach

The Hotel is located nicely on the beach, and has nice outdoor sports facilities such as a swimming pool and tennis courts.
Sadly, the buildings are in bad need of repainting, as mold and mildew could be seen in several places. The elevator buttons had the numbers scratched off them, and the lobby floor wasn't clearly marked
The Studio Room over all has a nice feel to it: bright, big. However, the following issues need to addressed:
1) Toilet wasn't working properly.
The water reservoir wasn't closing off during refilling. This meant that the water had to be shut off to stop the water flowing noisily, making it hard to sleep at night
The water then had to be turned on to flush the toilet, using the water gun/hose
2) The bathtub had rust and damage to it
3) The shower knobs were loose
4) the bed mattress needs to be replaced.
It is clearly an old mattress, making is hard to sleep comfortably.
5) Wifi kept going down. Mobile reception was weak in the area, meaning that loss of the Wifi was even more of a problem
If it wasn't for the very low price of the room and the friendliness of the staff, I would have rated this stay lower. Management has some to do if they ant to increase business to the propertyresponse / report this review -

Good location and nice beach with sand that is crowded on Saturday. Good swimming pool available also for child. They hotel is old need a deep restyle. Price of internal restaurant and bar quite high but I think this is common in all Anyer

stay on Sunday to Monday, room old style using bath up for take a bath but not rubber mat so bath up so slippery, no bath mat also should be request, no hot water after complaint thanks for duty manager give solving to change to room. Have big room enough for family or gathering. good swimming pool area, hotel direct to beach, good staff. i was left something in the room but still don't have any feed back from hotel regarding my lost and found to return.

old hotel at anyer beach. offered beautiful beach view from hotel balcony if you lucky to have a room with that facility. have two big swimming pool. you also can swimming at the beach and it have many of local trader offer traditional massage, fruit and seafood. but anyway, because of it is an old hotel, so the quality of interior and facility have decrease. but it is still a favorite place for family holiday.

To be honest I really really love this place. The vintage Mediterranean style, the pools, the ocean. But I also really really hope a better service and maintenance to all over this place inside out. If things turn better, I'll absolutely love to come back here

Big hotel in Mediterranean style, old fashioned but in good state, best beach along Java's west coast. The only beach where you can easily swim in the sea. Fine golden sand, no stones, no corals, no seaweed in the clear, warm water. Big swimming pool, pool bar, separate children's pool, tropical garden.
Deluxe room is nice and offers plenty of space including a balcony with view to the pool and the sea.

Too bad for marbella they didn't replace their very old sofas and chairs.
Also the dark aisle gave us shivering in the night,. It's better if marbella renew their hotel so we can have a 5 star hotel experience like it used to.response / report this review -

The hotel is an old property with very poor quality of services .
The wash rooms basin taps, bathroom flush, water in the bath tub was at the most trickling.
No hot water. Poor hygienic bedsheets.
Poor quality breakfast.
No response to the numerous calls to the house keeping .

Unprofesionnal front office staffs. Old building. Room was not fully in good maintenance, AC hot, electricity power was not strong enough to on all electricity equipment. Satisfied only with the swimming pools and beach area. Others far below expectation.
