  Excellent dive centre with knowledgeable staff who are fun, local and international. Boats are not too busy and they know what to look out for underwater. Definitely recommended for a course or just fun dives.

  This place is amazing. Clean, tropical and with the friendliest staff. The accommodation itself is a proper 10/10. We were so excited when we got in. Dont bothervlooking for another in Gili Air.

  I had a fantastic time at Manta Dive. I did the Open Water Course with Dayana who was absolutely fantastic. I cintinued with 3 adventure dives with Han and one with Kiki. All the Dive Master are fantastic. They all make it fun and are really good at teaching and it's quite obvious that they love their job. Thank you for a wonderful time!! / Lasse

  Best place to dive.whole buisness was great to be at. accommodation was terrific. Diving was amazing with plenty of options and sites to dive.instructors and guides were great. Would highly recommend doing all dives and courses in gili air and manta dive..big thumbs up to this place

  We did a 3 day course to get our SSI brevet at Gili air with Manta dive and we had an amazing time! Our instructor Hanoman was very patient, elaborate and professional throughout the course. He showed us every beauty what the Gili's had to offer in the four dives we did and we felt very save with him as a teacher! Absolutely high recommended to dive with Manta Gili air diving school and especially with Han as a teacher! Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

  Great place to do some diving! We did a refreshment course. The staff is really friendly and cooperative. Great atmosphere at the lounge, where there are a few hammocks! Dices are in groups of 4, which is nice.

  The bungalows are very well kept up and clean. It's right across the street from excellent snorkeling. The driving school is very trustworthy and affordable. The main downside is the WiFi is pretty bad in the rooms.

  Me and my girlfriend wanted to try diving while we were in the Gili Islands but had never done it before. We signed up for the introduction one day class, consisting of a pool session in the morning to learn the basics focusing on safety followed by a dive in the afternoon. We got there at 9am and were greeted by Milo our instructor for the day who was awesome! We were both a little nervous but Milo's relaxed and positive teaching style really helped calm us down and we loved it. We were super excited for the afternoon dive to a dive site called meno bounty and it was great! We saw a huge amount of fish, including a lot from finding nemo and even a hawksbill turtle right at the end. It was an amazing day and I couldn't recommend Manta Dive and especially Milo the instructor enough!

  As non-divers we found Manta Dive lacked the typical Balinese friendliness, attention and relaxing atmosphere. After our initial checkin there was no further engagement by staff - locals or numerous dive instructors - this may have occurred because we weren't divers. Additonal costs also appeared on our final bill which were difficult to rectify due to the confusing process of taking orders.
  
  Suggest if u are a non diver and looking for somewhere relaxing and friendly to consider somewhere else.
  
  Non the less the overall Gili Air experience was magical - and we will be back!!

  Friendly islandy laid back atmosphere and staff. Decent restaurant paid with the hotel and otherwise it is close to many other choices. The reef just in front of the hotel is good for snorkeling at high tide (low tide makes it harder to get out across the reef). Seen 3 turtles on 2 brief snorkeling runs with the current down the beach so far.

  Fantastic place, with all you need for a great chill-out vacation. The Deluxe Bungalows were great, and included AC. Also diving with the Manta Dive crew was awesome, the people are truly professionals.

  We did the SSI Open Water Course there and it was great. Our dive instructor Suzie was great. She knew on every dive what was going on and had everything under control. This is the perfect place for doing your Open Water@
