It has spacious room and large parkong space. It is best place to do large event like wedding reception. Strategic place from Bogor, just exit tol palmerah or semanggi and go straight. Also for public transportation, it nears palmerah station.

This building is located in the center of Jakarta, just beside of DPR/MPR building. This building was very nice designed. It has large parking area crowned by many trees from some species. It's also completed by some vasilites, e.g. an artificial lake, swimming pools, tennis court, badminton hall, mosque, and plaza.
This place is very strategic, just beside jalan bebas hambatan Gatot Subroto, at least in the middle of the two international air port, Soekarno-Hatta and Halim Perdanakusuma, and also not too far from railway station, Gambir, Pasar Senin, Pal Merah, and ofcourse, many hotel nearby.

First of all, this is actually a nice place. The air is nice, and sometimes in the morning you can see a lot of birds flying around from tree to tree, that's a rare sight in a big city. The elevator broke occasionally and not very fast. Some toilet are filthy and the water broke sometimes. But the ballroom or I should say the convention room were big enough, this is the best place if you want to hold a seminar or a wedding party.
