Clean and cozy room hotel, but lighting is less elegant. It is quite interesting, the room is equipped with the holy book of the Qur'an and the Bible and the direction of Qibla for muslim prayer. Mountain and sunrise views on the east side rooms. Unfortunately, there is no power plugs beside bed.

The room is spacious. Great staff and manager. Breakfast food is delicious. Quick laundry services. Bit complain on WiFi, in my case is disconnected every 15 minutes and sometimes not connected to internet. Please increase your bandwidth.
Clearly located in the heart of Manado. Close to everywhere, but please take account the traffic condition.

The hotel is quite new, as of jun 2017. Staffs are friendly and speak English with no issues. Rooms are spacious and there's cable tv. Remember to ask for non-smoking rooms if you dun smoke. Service at the restaurant can be rather sluggish at evenings when there's few guests, was there during my dive trips. Hotel is situated near the beach, when there are street eats and a rather nice restaurant

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. They made our stay easy and enjoyable!! Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Great breakfast and food overall quite good with plenty of authentic options available close by. Lounge and bar area spacious and comfortable. Great locations for downtown Manado. The only addition i would add is a swimming pool However, the lack of pool and grounds probably makes it more affordable.

Average hotel.
Electricity socket is to far away from bed, TV remote battery soaked, one lamp cannot turn on.
Hotel staff is always late to open the car door, late to open the lobby entrance door.
So far is not bad

The rooms are pretty good, no swimming pool. Walking distance to Mantos mall, if you're willing to walk about 1 kilometer. View of the ocean blocked by a poorly kept strip mall accross the road.

Older classic hotel. Needs some TLC. No pool no gym. Central location. Good breakfast included. Restaurant for dinner is OK but beware of ordering steak: mine took hours and came sorrily overcooked. Took so long I did not want to spend another hour to educate chef how to prepare nice New Zeald steak. Nice and well trained staff. Good facilities for smaller conventions and Symposia.

Bad bad services..

Firstly in the parking lot, i was asked to park my car right above a septic tank (I guess), which clearly had a horrible smell! And to make it worse, one of the parking crew had me parked my car very very close to another car next to mine. Was trying to move my car just abit farther to give some space, but not allowed. Not sure what the reasons were. But they were probably trying to save some space of their parking lot by sacrificing customers' convenience. I was hard to get out of my car; So was my wife who was holding our 5mos baby. Completely ridiculous!!!

Secondly headed to the hotel's restaurant, I ordered a room temperature orange juice since I was cold at the moment. But what came was not what was ordered! They gave me a cold orange juice and told me that I didn't tell em that i ordered a room temperature one!! My family and I just went speechless cos my family heard me telling them so. Not to mention that the server wasn't that nice and the foods took way too long to be served.

This is an honest review from me. A bad experience with the Manado Quality Hotel. Was not a good night to my family and I!
