Actually, we came here to spent a nights in "Bali High Queen" which we found over the travel agent. But our room got upgraded by the hotel to "Swagger Suite" which is twice class above our room. It was like, "wow okayyy" and when we walked into the room suddenly we realized that this hotel really appreciate and concern about their guests no matter local or foreign. We got special welcome snack with handwriten letter, a complete amenities, and on the next day we got a lot of kind of breakfast! wow.

I normally avoid Kuta but it's been quiet there lately and I get to enjoy the beach and the sunset. This hotel is the perfect camp for long stay and remote work as it has laundry, 24 hours gym, wifi, and if it's important to you, a nice Smart TV. The bar area in the Swagger Suite where I stayed in is so legit, it makes my home bar looks super shabby. Love the amenities provided, and the solid bath tub. The suite is also spacious enough for my daily yoga practice. Food menu is still limited for now but in general the ones that I had all taste great (Tofu Kwetiaw is a favorite). Breakfast Vegan platter was amazing. Also, good coffee and pastry for Kuta area, finally.

Good cleanliness & hygiene room (Important during a covid pandemic), the good exterior room with minimalism concept, good interior of hotel, many instagrammable spot, good view from room, good response from staff, free beverages on refrigerator, good welcoming drink, walking distance to beach walk and hard rock cafe. Need more variety on restaurant's menu especially for more than 2 days stay, need more equipment (automatic stove & Microwave).

Went here just to visit a friend who's on holiday. I love the unique interior design, in between retro and minimalist vibes 🙌
The room where she stayed also nice (suite, I guess?), with small details in the room (Bowie's pictures, mini guitar) and a complete mini bar equipment!
Rooftop pool also great, even we only lounge there during the sunset.
I would recommend this hotel as one of the options, if you're keen to stay in Kuta area 👍response / report this review
