I am used to Central Park Mall in Jakarta, developed by Podomoro Group. So this Lippo owned mall of Grand Palladium is nothing compared to what I am used to. It is small, and many of the store spaces are closed or unused. The layout of the entire building has a chaotic feel to it. The only great thing about this location is the amazing Aryaduta Hotel.

It was the theatre that really make this place survive, i really mean was. The other was the camera store that really good, and very few restaurants. Then, there were gemstone stores everywhere in top level. Time's changed, the gemstone stores dead and the theatre (they said it something in renovation or improvements) collapse. Then the management decided to put indoor college inside the building. Now the campus, the good camera store, and getting less and less restaurants are the stronger factors that make this mall alive.

Not a very crowded mall. Time I was there, not many stores were occupied, many are empty or closed. But there is a cinema theater on the top floor

    This mall is almost dead😱
A large number of vacant shops is evidence that nobody is going here anymore unfortunately..
Hyper market downstairs is closed and no signs of any other anchor tenant in the building shows the end is nigh..
Don't bother to come here to shop .. there are plenty of alternative malls in Medan that are bustling and vibrant..
    Chinese New Year
Year of "The Dog" sign is fitting indeed

Shopping mall, says theater being remodeled but I do not believe it yet. Great Chinese food on top floor. Good for finding movies on 3rd floor.

Old shopping mall, not much attraction, the hypermart below looks like lack of customers, too much empty space

These place is dying literally, i don't understand with that strategic location it should be very easy to attract costumer, but it's hard to like this place, if you want to go to shopping then there is just an average knock off boutique who marked up their price 1000%, if you want to eat and if you have special preferences its going to be difficult, majority are fast food chain.

Good supermarket at the basement. Matahari as anchor tenant brings good shopping option to the mall.

    This mall is falling apart.
Only half of the ground floor is tenanted. The coffee shop is ok. Other floor is majority empty. Top floor use to have cinema, not anymore. Not well maintained by the management.
