Mall that blends with street tours where many street vendors along the road malioboro. From fashion batik (traditional motif), accessory, foods and we can see street art. Will never be bored if you walk here. Besides being able to see unique street scenery, we can also spend our money to shopping. One tourist destination that has never been empty of visitors since time immemorial. I really enjoying this place so much

The location is strategic. You can find a lot of good place along Malioboro Street after visiting here. But, i have a bad experienced here because my phone was stolen. So, i advise you to always place your bag in front (even inside the department store).

One of the earliest malls in Yogyakarta. It is located in the prime area, Malioboro street - hence the name. Since Malioboro street is the main area for tourists with lots of sellers, you can find many other shops and stores in the surrounding. Yet the mall itself although it is small, offers many kinds of stores, too. One of the stores that I frequent is the Periplus which has many varieties of imported books. it has the retail fashion as well as food stores and restaurants. But since the mall is very small with only 3 stories and not really wide, the stores inside are not big either.
Since it is located on one of the busiest streets in the town, the access is easy. You can reach the mall using your private vehicles or the public transportation like Trans Jogja or pedicab. Unfortunately, due to the many tourists that flock the area on a daily basis from day to night, you can find many traffic jams on the surrounding street.
So if you go by cars or buses, be patient. It is better to go by motorcycles or pedicabs. But worry not, the place has a decent place for parking your vehicles.

It's a comfortable place to hang out or just stopping by to do windows shopping or having lunch and dinner. It's located in the middle of Malioboro Street area. The place offers parking lot for cars and motorcycle in the basement when you seems difficult to find any parking lot near Malioboro street. It has several branded shops. And it has the food court on the 3rd floor. But It's quite small Shopping mall than the other Mall in Jogja.

I always have my lunch at least once per my visit to Yogyakarta. I love the Teppanyaki restaurant in food court area called Koki Teppanyaki. It is reasonable price and taste good.
The Malioboro Mall also has mostly everything you need. From groceries, shopping spree, cafes, restaurants, and food court. Don't expect a large complex, it's only approximately 30 minutes time needed to circling the area.

The original Mall of Malioboro Yogyakarta. Built in 90's era, this Mall's probably one of the oldest Mall in Yogyakarta. This particular Mall settled in low to middle-up brand, to respond surrounding street market. Since the pedestrian sterilized from parking space, it was really difficult to get parking space inside building, but it's no problem for public transport users. For that, authorities had built centralized parking area in the northern area of Malioboro, so it will took 10 minutes walk to get here.
The Mall itself is well-maintained, despite of it's age.

One of the landmark of Jogja. On the weekend it will be crowded. The place is strategic and easily accessible by public transportation. Many things are sold here, especially special things that you can bring to your home or your country. I really recommended to buy Dagadu clothes here.

Nice selection of shops and restaurants. The center first floor is packed with tables and racks full of clothes. The food court has a nice selection but there are places to eat all around the mall. McDonalds ice cream stands are at both ends of the first floor so getting something cold and sweet on a hot day is easy.

If you're visiting Jogja, thus is a must stop location. Lots of small shops and stands to barter at. Good place to get all of your Indonesia souvenirs. The mall has good food and coffee as well. Check out J Co!

This place located in the heart of the City of Yogyakarta,which it's the street never sleep condition. On the Street side of both always full of people and sellers of souvenirs ,fashion,and food street side sellers.

This place is just about 200 meters from Railway station which available for traveller who need more comfort transport for far distance Trip out of the province.
This Mal also is On the famous street in the City , where the some hotels are available, Still on this street you can find some historical Buildings, which are still being used until now,such as Post office Center, Banks, Vredeberg Wall in the City square. .and around it is the Government offices, from there is very closed to the Sultan's Palace that until now play important Role for the life, custom,and culture as well as the rule of the government ,who rules the citizen life there as the special District.

Small mall yet so crowded. (Almost) everything's sold here. There's always an event here. Today's event is kids fashion show. Don't worry if your network can't be accessed here because their wifi is working properly. Be aware because you can't park your car or bike inside the mall, the security sometimes lie to you saying the inner park area was full.
